Thank you for choosing Aryasikshak Edu Services Pvt.Ltd. We appreciate your support and interest in our academic programs, learning management systems, and tutor platforms. We aim to provide an excellent experience for all our students, schools, and educators.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Aryasikshak Edu Services Pvt.Ltd.
1. Academic & LMS Subscriptions
We offer various plans and subscriptions for students and schools, including access to online resources, digital whiteboard tools, and NCERT solutions.
- Digital Services / LMS Access: Subscription fees paid for the LMS portal, digital materials, and online services are generally non-refundable once the service access has been activated.
- Free Trial: We offer demo classes or free trial options for our services. We strongly encourage users to try the service before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Tutor Booking & Cancellation
For bookings and services related to tutoring ("Find a Tutor" / "Become a Tutor"):
- Cancellations by Students: If a scheduled tutoring session is cancelled by the student at least 24 hours in advance, a full reschedule or credit will be provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a fee.
- Cancellations by Tutors: If a session is cancelled by the tutor, the student is entitled to a full reschedule or a credit of the session value.
3. Refund Processing
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by our management team:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@aryasikshak.in within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Any payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
